Nisqually Lodge

This is a delightful place to stay, very close to the Rainier Nat'l Park Nisqually entrance. We’re frequent BW customers but chose this lodge for its great location. Knowing breakfast wasn’t provided, we stopped at the grocery store in Packwood to stock up on muffins and snacks—but there is a selection of coffees both in the room and in the lobby. The 5G Wi-Fi worked great.|All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The lobby was warm and inviting, with a fire glowing in the fireplace. We stayed inside the hotel with our dog for two nights, and she was also warmly greeted by the staff—with dog biscuits, which were much appreciated! Nisqually Lodge is a super homely and cozy stay. The manager was nice and helpful, answering my questions and giving great recommendations! After a long day of hiking, I was happy to land here. Great wifi as well.

We booked this because it accepted pets, and for that they charged us a $25 pet deposit, fine. But then more for a cot for the kid, nearly doubled the cost, The walls were paper, thin,. Folks walking upstairs and showers in the next room are like a freight train. It’s clean, quaint and friendly, great location. but if you want a good night sleep, skip it.

It has a hunting lodge feel to it. Loved the are upfront next receiption - nice big fireplace, plenty of place to lounge or work. Very clean!! The room are nice and big. The folks who run the lodge live on the property and make sure it runs like a well oiled machine. Very responsive to requests and super helpful. It's located close to Mt Rainier park entrance for paradise but far from the sunrise ridge part of the park. Will go back and stay there again!

Wonderful place. Nice room and super friendly desk person. Only one small complaint - no elevator. Second floor room, so not a huge issue, but these knees are getting old and that suitcase was heavy. Would stay here again. Location us perfect for visiting Mount Rainier National Park.
