Nice 2 B Here Cabin

The cabin is pretty and all but there is a serious bug problem, on our third day in the morning my mom was freaking out about ants everywhere. We moved the trashcan but everything just started to move in it because of ants, the big ants.

The dock is not properly anchored to the land and is floating out into the middle of the lake. I assume and it’s my opinion that the rental property management company is not properly taking care of this place at all. When we arrived, the porch and railings were covered in mud, dirt, and filth. Inside, the floors and counters were clean, but there was dust caked on the ceiling fans and various surfaces. Many bugs inside the cabin. The hot tub water was nasty, cloudy, and did not smell right. For the price (it cost over $800 for 2 nights), it should have been a lot cleaner and a lot more maintained. Spend your money on a nicer cabin.

The little lake and the firepit are very nice. The cabin sadly is being forgotten about. Old couches that are so worn that it's hard to get up. The oven didn't work and the microwave trips the circuit breaker. The only way to cook was burners on the stove. But there were only giant pans to cook on.

Had a wonderful time! The cabin was beautiful and even the rain couldn't spoil our fun!

It started out a little frustrating well we couldn't find the place then when we did it was already occupied so the issue was the websites being used or crashing so I got double booked with another lady but I called the office lady was so nice and because of the website malfunction we got upgraded to a beautiful 4 bedroom that I totally got the name wrong of (lol) but not only was it bigger it was right beside a pond with a canoe 🛶 and my kids loved it so over all one of the best experiences I have ever had despite the mess at first thank you red river gorge cabin rentals
