Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa

Beautiful location right on the river. Our room was HUGE. I felt like we were staying in a French Castle!! Loved it! This was our mini-honeymoon and I hope we will be back!

To all the staff and especially Kristi, who helped us coordinate our wedding reception and made everything a day we'll never forget. Thank you. Thank you all so much. Our room was great....The breakfast crew was amazing, the chefs and servers were absolutely awesome. The dinners were delicious!!!! The bar tenders were fabulous and funny! Fun fact, if there is a wedding going on at the hotel, you can hear it through most of the hotel. And if you’re unlucky enough to be given the room directly above the dance floor, there is nothing in the way of sound proofing. So i hope you like loud music late into the night. My headboard is literally vibrating. Room is big but thats probably the only good thing I have to say. Very dated looking. King size bed has small square pillows. Furniture in the room has chips in it. Nothing special. Parking is a nightmare.

Stayed for one evening. Had a corner room. From the moment checking inn until leaving staff was wonderful. Room was spacious and very clean. Grounds are kept in beautiful shape. Buffet breakfast was very good

Positive: The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! Hotel is close to the river and walking into town for dinner/shops was lovely! Negative: The only thing that we didn't like was the parking, too bad they can't have more parking spaces closer to the hotel!
