Aartpark Hotel Inn at Lewiston

Dirty room don’t look around and you’ll be ok. Bed wasn’t awful, front desk person was nice. Neighborhood is nice , town is nice. No breakfast even though online it says they do.

I have never been in such a filthy, nasty, dirty, horrible hotel in all my life|I am from Cuba, and I have had bad experiences at some places, but this hotel should not be for rent; it should be demolished instead.|The hotel is located in a very nice area, there are several restaurants around, and a downtown area where you can shop and walk around.|There is also a beautiful park beside it.|The hotel is 19 minutes away from the Niagara Falls State Park, New York, and it is also 20 minutes away from the Niagara Falls Outlet. The location is excellent, but the hotel is not.|I am not so sure why the hotel is listed as a 3.5-star because it is not a 1-star.|This hotel was a nice place that has deteriorated with time, and it has not been remodeled, which is not the worst. We were in town for a Jazz Festival. We entered our room and immediately smelled cigarettes. I called the front desk and was told he could come up and spray Fabreeze. We went into the bathroom and the floor was filthy. I cleaned it with a bath towel. Next, we noticed the toilet bowl was disgusting. I wiped it clean with hand wipes. We agreed that with all these obvious items ignored, how clean is the bed and mattress going to be. We went down to the front desk to make him aware of our displeasure and asked to cancel our room. He said, "he couldn't do that". I asked him if I could speak the the manager or owner. He said, "he doesn't speak to anybody ". I asked him for his first name. He said, "I'm not allowed to give that out". This policy explains a lot. I left several messages about

It was really smelled bad. Don't go there if you are traveling with family, especially with children.

The rooms were disgusting. They had spiders everywhere, and when we brought this to their attention they were very rude. We asked them to re clean the rooms, they brought bug spray then left. The only thing done in the rooms was the beds. The bathroom was visibly gross. The coffee maker was molded. In all honesty the location is not bad. It was a cute town. I would just never stay here again. Not to mention in the morning there was a bug on my brother's bed. Unacceptable!!
