Nevada City Cabins

We got there at about 9 on Friday evening. Noone was in the office. Finally had to call and they said we need to check in at a totally different location. OK first annoyance. The rooms are cozy but HOT and no TV! We had 2 cabins and paid over $250 a night totally not worth the price. My moms room with 1 bed was the same price of our 2 bed room. How silly!!! There isn't any parking and they let strangers that have no reservations park right outside the cabin. A family in a camper came and parked right by us. We asked why and the hotel said they saw them but didn't care. Well it was annoying to us!! Over $1000 for 2 night and you don't make it at all comfort?!?! Will never stay at again!

We did not stay in the cabins but they were old original and updated. Nevada City Montana is a ghost town and something pretty cool to go see.

We loved our stay in Cabin # 5. It was so comfortable with 2 queen beds, window A/C, mini fridge and WI-FI. It was directly behind the old Nevada Hotel, and facing the 2 story outhouse attached to the back of the old hotel. Our cabin had sod roof and rocking chairs outside to enjoy the quiet of the evening. We were touring Ghost towns and loved staying in an authentic restored miners cabin from the booming mining days of the past. There was no TV and we knew that beforehand, so we had books and downloaded movies as we weren’t expecting Wi-Fi. There is a maintenance person who stays in one of the cabins in case of problems. Check in is at Fairweather Inn in Virginia City, only a mile down the road. Sofia checked us in and she was a delight, so friendly, fun and helpful, even dressed in peri

What a pleasant surprise, booked a cabin here last minute and I couldn’t have been more pleased. They put the A in adorable! Had a light rain shower move in and even the rain on the roof was pleasant to listen to. Clean, cozy, comfortable beds just a really cute days gone by western town. So many cool building and structures to walk through and shop in. We missed the nighttime ghost tour but hear that is really cool to do at night. Definitely give this cute town a try you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed in the cabins and they were excellent, right next to the ghost town, so fun! Highly recommend!
