They have their own dog park but too many stickers and they get stuck in your pets little beans. Laundry and WiFi are great. Very friendly and peaceful during the day and night.
Lived there 2 months, loved it. It was close to all the amenities of the city but felt like you were in the country. All who live there are really nice and helpful.
Good small park. Great owner who works hard to make it better. Nothing fancy however convenient to Tyler or Lindale. Safe place to stay.
Tried to stay here but couldn't get in the driveway. The back of our rig drug on the highway when we tried to turn in. It looked like a ok place to stay from the road.
Clean and off the highway some little bit hard to find. Has pull through spots so you dont have to back in. Has sewer water and electric hook ups
