Natchez Trace State Park

Beautiful nature park it wasnt fully open when we were just there. The restaurant and lodge was closed they have horse back riding shooting range and cabins along with a beautiful lake. The visitor center was nice seen a corn snake there. If your handicapped ♿️ when you come in drive all the way up by the visitor center their are 2 spaces for you. Alot of trails for hiking

Amazing clean park with fabulous playground, a concrete ping pong table under a lit pavilion, swimming, mountain biking and hiking. The campsites are level (we loved site 75) and the campground is nice and dark overnight. There is a trash bin at the entrance and there is aluminum and plastic recycling. We lived our stay here and can’t wait to return.

My family and I have been coming to Natchez Trace State Park every summer since I was 14 years old…I’m 36 now. We absolutely love this place. There are places to stay for everyone. Pin Oak Lodge has a huge pool & hotel rooms if you like to be in nature without actually being in nature (haha) or they have 2 bedroom/2 bath villas right on the lake. There are cabin rentals available as well as spots for RVs with a swimming beach and a playground for kiddos. There are trails all over for hiking, a shooting range and plenty of places to picnic. Beautiful views all year around!

We had FHU Pin Oak site 36 for one night. Very very nice, clean and quiet. Site was level enough (2.5” off passenger side and tongue was 2.75” high). Wonderful view of lake from back of our trailer. Only negative was absolutely no cell service but was warned of that on the info from reservation.

Well maintained park. The bathrooms and showers in the Pin Oak Campground were very clean. Beautiful wood countertop in the bathroom. We stayed during the week, the first week of May, and pretty much had this section of the park to ourselves (site 58). There was a bridge near our site to make it a quick walk to the bathhouse. Huge park!! Camp store was about 7 miles from our site but worth the visit.
