Nashoba Valley Inn & Suites

My daughter stayed in the inn for three nights at the end of February, I was handling the reservation with the incomparable Aron-the-host there, which was a satisfying experience in itself (you may want to reserve your stay directly via the inn's customer service rather than over an Internet travel aggregator.) The daughter returned home this morning and shared her impressions of the stay: 1. Very clean 2. Very welcoming and pleasant. 3. A good location: quiet and comfortable but with an easy access from major roads. 4. There are plentiful shops in close vicinity of the inn, in case one needs something. Recommended. Call the inn and talk to Aron.

I booked this hotel on hotels.com at $104. The hotel upgraded my room and charged me $231 without asking nor informing me of the price difference and now refuses to fix it claiming that I requested this upgrade and agreed to the price. Total crookedness. I travel all the time for marathons and ultramarathons and have never been treated this way. I guess they are finding dishonest ways to make money. Stay far away.

The hotel here has changed for the better immensely! The rooms I have stayed in this far are all updated including new beds & linens, entertainment centers within rooms, and the decor is up to date as well. Our room had a king bed which was really clean and comfortable as well. It had a nice desk so I could sit and write at the end of the evening. The staff was really kind, down to earth and well, deserving of this review to say the least. Very accommodating no matter the time of day or night. After one night stay staff remembered us both by name and even our preferences over the phone. This meant a lot especially now a days. The location is nice as well. It is right next to a local grocery store, a new dominos, and a family dollar.

I just want to say if you are anywhere near Ayer, Mass and you are looking for a place to stay, this is where you should go. The highlight of this place is the person you will be dealing with at the front desk. His name is Aron , he runs the place and seems to always be there. He is very accommodating , extremely pleasant and is always looking to make your stay there something you will enjoy. He is also extremely flexible and I have seen him handle situations that could have turned out badly, but that he handled with such deft and calmness that he resolved them rather easily. In addition the rooms are very clean and some of them even have stovetops in them. And for convenience there is a supermarket and pizza place literally next door.
