Caza Manor Motel

Clean, fresh lines, more when asked, management pleasant, quiet, easy parking, and very good Italian restaurant up the street and really neat pool hall in the center where we've had birthday parties. We are home owners locally and have a few extended stays while working on our property so stayed in larger efficiency in back. Rooms in front row are smaller without kitchen.

Caza Manor is a quaint, charming little motel. The property and rooms are a bit dated. The size of the room and bathroom was decent. The bed wasn’t the sturdiest or most comfortable, but it was okay, and the table in the room was a folding table with 2 padded metal folding chairs, but it worked fine. The property owner was very friendly and helpful, especially since I had to book literally at the last minute and got the only room left. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and good sized flat screen TV. The climate control unit was efficient. The room also had a comfortable rocking easy chair to relax in. The location is quiet, but within walking distance or very short drive to many stores and places to eat. The rooms still use good old-fashioned metal keys. The price is a bargain too. I

I stayed at Caza Manor for approximately two weeks. ||Carol, the owner, was so warm and welcoming. She made me feel like at home.||The room was so comfortable. It had a queen-sized bed, a small table with two chairs, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a TV, and its own bathroom. Everything functioned properly.||The motel has a pool and WiFi is also available. Its location is really convenient given that it's a walk away from downtown Ayer and near fast food restaurants as well. My room was always very clean (housekeeping is included in the rate!)||My stay was great. The rate is affordable, the room was equipped with everything I needed to have a pleasant stay, and the owners are wonderful people who really care about their business.||||

OMG!! My family of 5 stayed here for several weeks in the mid 70's beginning in July while awaiting quarters at Ft Devens!! I have stayed in many motel/hotel rooms in my life but this one was by far the coolest! I don't remember the room # but it was in the back square on the upperside of the pool. There were plenty of beds for all of us, and a kitchenette...quite spacious. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the lady who ran it(but I can picture her face SO clearly) she had a daughter who was @ 8-10 years old at the time & we became fast friends! We would stay in the pool all day(The slide wasn't there then, there was a diving board at one end and steps at the other), then go to our respective homes (my family motel room/suite and the apartment in the office where she and he

We came to find the Manor because it was the closest to my cousins house in Lunenburg. That was home base for a few nights while we enjoyed fun side trips. This is a family owned motel for over a half century. If you have ever visited a relative and they put you up for a few nights that's about what you get here. A room a couple of beds a microwave and a refrigerator. Carol said she would loan me a coffee maker but Barry's directions to the Dunkin Donut were just fine.||He was getting around to opening the pool so that may be coming up soon. There is a pond/dammed river behind the property. Barry said they had fish in it but that may have been a story. The price was the best part of the whole experience.Jury is out whether or not he should have charged us the $5.00 for the wifi but I guess
