Naples Bay Resort & Marina

Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent.

Came here for our first anniversary from Miami. My husband booked it all and planned the surprise . I liked that the location was close to downtown. The hotel was mediocre for the price my husband says . I liked the persons at the front desk, the man who drove the go cart and the staff in the spa. Spa was excellent. The restaurant that you only go to if you are staying at the resort- was AWFUL. We waited 30 minutes to even get water and get our order and the served an entire table before us , a table that came after us. Nobody was even there. I actually left due to that. Room service ends at 8pm which is too early The food in the cafe on resort I could not eat it was so bad. I was the only black person staying there ; actually only person of color I even saw as a guest the entire time I

Naples Bay Resort encompasses the perfect stay for a true Naples experience! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodated our early check in request. The rooms are extremely spacious with beautiful views of the marina. The restaurants in the area are excellent. We loved the Naples bay club for the gym and spa. Just a short walk to downtown Naples, they also provide shuttle services to 5th Ave, 3rd Ave, as well as the beach! We will definitely be back!

This was our eighth two to three-week stay during late December/early January at the resort. Naples is probably the nation’s most sophisticated resort town. For the “Foodie”, the resort is within walking distance of many four & five diamond-rated restaurants. ||We've always found our accomodations comfortable and well-appointed, The staff goes out of their way to ensure each guest is well-treated. The addition of Indulge, which ranks as one of the top restaurants in Naples, along with adding an adult section to the pool area are welcome changes. ||The fleet maintained by the Marina is in great condition and renting either an open-bow boat or trItoon makes for a great outing. ||I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
