Mt Dustan Country Store & Cabins

We always stop here on our way in to NH from our camp in Aziscohos. It's a tradition. I just had the BEST Moose Tracks Ice cream cone I've ever had! The owner is a super nice guy, and he just gave me a NH license plate for my Ceiling project in our bar. :) Great place! :)

Great little camp store/general store, half way between Errol and nowhere special LOL. Seriously, they have lots of food stuffs, camp/fishing, gift items and memorabilia too. In the summer, the store is cool and dark with sun streaming thru the windows. The atmosphere beckons you to linger in search of that unique item you've been missing while enjoying the history and charm. I've been driving past this place for 30 years and never took a look until this year. What a shame! Well worth the stop.

The owners were friendly and available. The accommodation were directly across from the National Wildlife Refuge Canoe / Kayak launch. The cabin was a camp style, with everything one would need. Overall, we were very pleased. We will return.

BUTCHER REVIEW ONLY - 253lbs of moose meat for a 817lb dressed healthy bull seems a bit light... especially since a 750 bull yielded 400lbs of meat the year before from a different butcher.

The owner is a very nice man. Good breakfast sandwiches. Love their t-shirts, found some really good ones. I get lots of comments when I wear them.
