Mountain View Motorcycle Campground

I read all the great reviews about Mountain View so expectations were high. Not only did Janine blow all my expectations out of the sky, she managed to set the bar so much higher for other motorcycle friendly campgrounds. Absolutely the highlight of our two week trip and I encourage all riders to not just pop in late, sleep and leave early, but to take the time to meet Janine and really immerse yourself into this place and what it offers. This place embodies the true meaning of 'passion for the sport'. Love this place!

Very cool place! Mark and Janine are great hosts. I dropped in while riding along the southeast BDR and booked a tent site and got a nice mountain view. They also offer off-road training courses.

Such an awesome campground. Perfect place to stop in the mountains, the hosts make sure you’re well taken care of and have anything you may need. Have plenty of options even if you aren’t camping out of a tent. Clean bathrooms and showers and kitchen area. Driveway is a little steep with rocky gravel but not difficult to go up by any means. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend spending a night here. Definitely a hidden gem in the mountains

Stayed here recently with 3 motorcycle buddies. Fortunately we were in the bunkhouse because it was very rainy. The bunkhouse is decorated with lots ofmoto memorabilia. The kitchen/ dining area makes it easy to enjoy your morning coffee and takeout food. Comfortable sleeping and excellent bathrooms and showers. The hosts Mark and Janine are very guest friendly. The on-site workshop and tools came in handy because I had a significant problem with my bike that Mark helped me diagnose. I look forward to a return visit to continue the tour of the Boone area!

Excellent place, and incredible people to be around. The view is amazing, and the cabins are well equipped.
