We received multiple communications from the booking service prior to arrival, including emails and text messages, so we expected check-in to be straightforward. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We arrived at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time and ended up sitting outside the hotel for about 20 minutes trying to figure out how to access our room. There were no clear on-site instructions. Another couple noticed us waiting and kindly shared a phone number they had used. The phone numbers associated with our booking repeatedly routed us to services that either disconnected or were unable to help. We eventually reached a gentleman by phone. Here are the harassing text I received for two days because the "Cleaning" people wrote a note stating there is an additional fee of $25-50 per stay for pet cleaning when it NEVER stated this in the listing. PSA: My room was never cleaned the entire 5 days there and the TP and other items provided were see thru quality Text from "Clay" whoever that is: Unfortunately, I am unable to post from my phone but be very wary of this place. By far the best experience I’ve had. Amazing location!! Hotel operations is first-class! Clay is extremely helpful, honest and professional. You’re getting a five star experience!! I will only stay here for my next trip to Red River.

The service was great. The location is good. The room was small and the furniture was outdated. The bathroom was very small and needed updating.

This was a very short drive from the ski area, about 1.5 miles. In mid-December I got a great rate. Wifi worked well, I didn’t try the TV, the bed was firm with plenty of pillows. The shower temperature was on a bit of a hair trigger from very hot to lukewarm with good water pressure. It was nice not needing a key, but I was very cautious about the directions to prevent being locked out. There were phone numbers for any type of help, but since I didn’t call, I can’t say anything about the service. The views are nice, but more of a Summer thing. It was pretty dark when I came and left. Also, outdoor grills looked good (for the Summer). I rate this highly because of how much I got for the price.
