Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg

"Black Bear Lookout" Our stay was during Christmas 2016. This cabin exceeded ALL and any of our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and completely equiped with anything we could need for our stay. THE VIEW WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We will DEFINATELY BE COMING BACK. We were unsure we would be able to come due to the recent fires and a refund would not have been made per the company, only because we didnt purchase travel protection wich was made available to us. I would reccomend this cabin to anyone from co workers to family member. We loved our stay and we didnt want to leave.

This was a great cabin for my family of 4. The view is the best part about this place what you see in the pictures is what you see on the deck. drinking your morning coffee and looking at the mountains was a relaxing beautiful experience. the kitchen had everything we needed and it was very clean. The tub was amazing just open the blinds and you got the same view looking at the mountains. The cabin was close to downtown but also very private tucked away in the tress. i would love to stay here again.

We booked a 5 night stay in the forever cabin mid November. We were pleasantly surprised. The check in process was very easy and form the moment of arrival it was one of the most relaxing places we have ever stayed. I asked for a secluded place and that is exactly what it was. The cabin far exceeded the expectations. The view off the back porch was amazing. The sunset was incredible. The layout of the inside was perfect. We experienced 1 small issue with the hot tub which was taken care of immediately. During our stay we had the privilege of meeting the owner. Very nice people. We learned he actually built the place himself which made the stay even better. If you are looking for some relaxing time away, this is definitely the place. We are looking forward to staying again next year. Dere

We rented Hancock's Hideaway. Two words: THE VIEW! Absolutely spectacular! Just as pictured. Staff is VERY helpful as we locked ourselves out of the cabin the first thing:) The hot tub was awesome! Very clean! The fridge was very clean. Also, dog friendly! Which, in hind sight, may be the problem. Let me state that I did NOT contact the staff about these next statements. Here are the reasons I gave a lower rating: The cabin was in bad need of extreme cleaning and updating! The carpet was VERY worn and dirty. The shower door was so dirty. The fireplace flue would not close, so the living room smelled of smoke the whole weekend. The kitchen table looked like it had been in a fire. The blinds were very dusty.I know this is a cabin, but it really doesn't take that long to clean 700 sq. ft. I h

We stayed in Lil Bit Of Paradise for our honeymoon. The smell of an authentic log cabin was the first thing that hit us as we walked in the door. We arrived at night to find the lights on for us. Everything was very clean. The cabin is bursting with antique decorations which my husband just loved. This cabin instantly makes you feel like you have stepped back in time,but with all the comforts of home. From hand made quilts to hot tubs, this beautiful cabin makes you wish you could stay and never leave. I appreciated I was able to do the entire reservation online. After payment was received, the company sent me my entry code and map. Check in simply required a phone call to an automated number. Check out just as easy. After a 6 hour drive, no one wants to have to find an office and check in
