Mountain Heritage Inn

I have stayed here several times with my grandbabies, it is right on the river, leave your car parked in a free spot and walk to everything in Gatlinburg very easily, Never have I stayed and had a complaint about anything, it is very clean, affordable and nice staff! Yes it is a older hotel and to some may think it is out dated, but if you want clean, affordable, close to everything nice pool, hot tub etc this is the place for you! I have stayed in the cottages and the hotel very pleased with every stay

We have used this place for the past 5 years and have been great everytime. We arrived to see the parade and was told our rooms were sold. After we verified a couple weeks ago that we were good to go. Guy didnt care about us not having a room and was told they sold out and are shutting down so he could less about us coming back.

Room is large, bed was comfy, jazzui tub was great after walking all day. Room is clean and nightly rate was affordable. Nice like balcony overlooking a creek. Parkway was just a walk thru the parking garage behind us. Enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back

Older hotel but good. Great place to stay the staff is very friendly. Spent hour talking to handyman about old cars. The office staff was freindly and nice water pressure was great. Walking distance to everything. Price is very reasonable definitely will be staying there again this is our second time staying there.
