Motel Safreen

my boyfriend and I stayed here back in late summer. the price was affordable and the room was basic but very clean. it was just enough for him and I. it was in a great location with public beach access right across the road. It had little patio sets outside for morning coffee. very quiet place to stay. Brooms stayed by the vending machine right beside the office, which I liked because I love to keep a swept place. Never spotted a roach or anything else of that matter. We recieved our deposit back with zero issues. Overall we will be back, I loved staying in the little place!

I was here for 3 days for a funeral and it was a dump the worst place I've ever stayed after paying my full bill up front in advance I was charged a supposedly refundable 100.00 deposit It was kept I'm 70 a nonsmoker and nondrinker and he kept my money .I was traveling alone and I'm a extremely clean person. Do not stay here he will do the same thing to you . It's in a terrible location as well not close to anything you would want to do except walking distance to the beach so I hope you brought a car .

My husband and I stayed at this location for 5 nights on a recent vacation. Let me begin by saying that this is not a 5 star resort, the prices reflect that. However, the beds are comfortable, and It is a very quiet, clean, and peaceful place to stay. Also, there are no bugs and the owner is a very hardworking family man. He stayed very busy keeping the property maintained day and night. I was a little worried after reading some of these reviews, but found many of them to be untrue. The truth is that this is a very small property maintained solely by a single family who lives on site. It is one of the last "mom and pop" 1960's style hotels that is in this good of condition in this country. My husband and I are well traveled, and didn't need a high end hotel for this trip. My wife, daughter, and I stayed here 5 nights this week. The beds were comfortable, the AC was nice and cold, there was a full-size refrigerator and microwave in the room, and it was located a football field's distance from the beach. The owner, Mr Aziz, is the coolest person you'll ever meet and is honest. While we were there, he purchased some new charcoal grills for the guests to enjoy. We grilled steaks and burgers right outside our room. Because we didn't smoke in the room or cause any damage, he voided the $100 deposit charge. We had a wonderful, much-needed relaxing vacation thanks to Mr Aziz and Motel Safreen.

cute rooms, clean with cold ac and no bugs. definitely worth the price and only a quick walk to the beach! loved my stay, will book again! the man who checked us in was polite as well!
