Front desk employee I believe her name was kelly was exceptional and very friendly. No complaints except I needed towels but very friendly house keeper Jamie helped me out after I asked 2 different house keepers who told me they didn't have any. Guest here were unique but it's lawton

Positive: Nothing Negative: There was people outside, fighting all hours of the night gunshots dogs barking room was dirty cigarette holes in the blankets cockroaches. I checked out Friday because I fear for my safety.

The staff was so polite, helpful, informative, and courteous to myself and my girlfriend. My daughters, girlfriend, and I really enjoyed swimming in the pool. Everyone was so amazing. Even their manager. In fact, on our 1st evening there, we had a malfunction with the lock on our door and the hotels manager PERSONALLY came to fix the issue. The prices were great!! I'd recommend staying here ANYTIME.

The guy on night shift is the most disrespectful little guy!! Talked to people like they’re beneath him. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a woman or he’s just angry at the world but if you hate people so much then you need to find another job!! Daytime people are cool as all get out and if you have an issue they gona take care of you. Just make sure to deal with it before second shift cause that guy could make someone lose the freedom!!!

DO NOT STAY!!! The "care" I received here was absolutely abhorrent. While I was at work, my friend, whom was staying with me, called informing me that I allegedly did not pay when I did. I even went to the office the same morning to check in. I was expected to stop working immediately and show up in person in just a few minutes when I was on the other side of town to prove I paid rather than give my reservation number or anything else that would be as effective and more convenient. I got there only to find I was in the system, and they just failed to check. Furthermore, we have requested towels multiple times only to be denied. I gave an older male housekeeper my dirty towels, and he said he would give me clean towels but never did. I understand you get what you paid for, but there's a dif
