Motel 6 Las Vegas, NV - Motor Speedway

The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned. There were still used towels and partial drinks. After immediately telling the front desk we were given a new room that was clean but the incident definitely gave us concerns. We also overheard other guests complaining about their rooms not being clean. The next issue came on the day we were to check out. Check out was at 11:00am. At 9:30am while we were in bed there was a knock st the door. As we were in bed and not expecting anyone we didn’t answer. Seconds later the door opened! Thankfully we had the deadbolt engaged! We were obviously very startled. My partner quickly dressed and went to the door. He was informed that it was a room check in case we had already left without checking out. The best motel 6 that I've stayed in, super friendly staff. Gave me a free complimentary 30 minute later check out. Like others have stated this location is north away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas super safe super clean facility. There are electric car chargers next to the property if you need that it does take a fee for it though. Plenty of areas to walk your pet as well. There is an elevator and there are Bell carts. Plenty of parking around the back as well, the back of the hotel is next to probably an Amazon distribution center. Got in super late was tired left my bikes locked up on the rack they were safe. The rooms were remodeled and newer than other motel 6's that I've stayed at. The bathroom was still dated like other motel 6's but the room was super clean. My only discr

This visit was exceptional. The young man at the desk in the evening (Jeff ?) was incredible. He helped me get the best deal, he made sure to put me in a room that was close to our vehicle so we could keep an eye on it. The room was clean and comfortable. No road noises no outside noises. It worked while we were passing thru Las Vegas. Keep in mind this motel has 0 amenities. Bring shampoo and hair dryers. They have soap in the bathroom and coffee in the lobby 24 hrs. Positive: Everything was good. No hiccups didn't need to request anything. Negative: Location is far out, the back door didn't open with my room key and sometimes the front desk was left empty.

Another update; I now have a second $50 charge. I called the property , spoke to the same man as yesterday. Was told the manager changed her mind and won't refund. And hung up on me. I called again and asked to speak to the manager. I was informed she went home, they won't be refunding me and he hung up again. Wouldn't even address the second charge. I called the main motel 6 number. According to representative it's up to the manager, that according to their records the manager issued a refund and the manager will be calling me regarding the second charge. If any smoking was done in the room I wouldn't be arguing and upset. I'm a adult who knows the rules.
