Motel 6 Las Vegas, NV - I-15 Stadium

Check in was fast and easy, staff was very nice. That is the only good thing about this place. Reviews online said people canceled their stays after walking into the rooms and were never refunded. Had I been able to afford to go elsewhere I would have! The doors on the outside at least in my section were all damaged. Various dents, most of them weren't even sealed all the way. The ac unit barely worked. Good luck smelling anything besides pot. Extremely loud, you can hear everything even multiple rooms away. The beds were rock hard. You only get one towel, not washcloths or anything. Paint was peeling ( supposed to be a new place) weird white stuff on the desk, the chair had a bunch of holes in it. I’ve stayed here several times before usually checking in during the evening with the night staff. Super friendly and helpful. I checked in and spoke to the staff asking what was the best way to complete a reservation if my family was going to be paying for my room from out of state. She nicely helped me and allowed my family to make the booking online directly on their Motel 6 site without them or their credit card being present. She explained she can charge the card they provide on file and to put my name on the reservation. All went well. Unfortunately, I had to come back in the office the next morning to complete a second reservation for the next day. I was in the same situation of my family out of state helping to cover the room. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Motel 6, prompting me to leave shortly after checking in. The room was in an unacceptable condition, with a strong cigarette odor, visible cockroaches (some carrying eggs), a sticky floor, and heavily soiled bathtub and toilet. The bedsheets were stained, and the air conditioning was weak and emitted an unpleasant smell. Despite being a budget accommodation, these conditions were far below basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. This place is disgusting. Tobacco stains on the ceiling that look like they’re dripping from the room above, stains in the tub, and a general level of filth that’s hard to ignore. There were piles of dog shit at the bottom of the stairs that guests have to walk past. The smell is awful and it clearly isn’t being cleaned up. The laundry room door is broken. The pool area is covered in bird droppings and the pool itself looks dirty. Inside the room there’s no fridge, no convenient charging options, and I’ve had a fly in the room the entire stay. The plumbing is a mess — the sink and shower spray water everywhere.
