Motel 6 Las Vegas, NV - Downtown Fremont St Experience

I forgot to post this back in January. I booked a room for New Year's Eve months in advance. I got a good price. The day of arrival, the prices of the rooms were way more expensive than what my reservation was. So what did they do? They canceled my reservation so they could get someone else to pay the huge price of the room. Dirty!!

Check-in time was 3pm. Arrived at 3pm to check-in but our room was still being cleaned. We were told to go away and we would be called when the room was ready. Two hours later, still no call. At 5pm, we returned but had to wait another 30 minutes before our room was ready. Maid service needs more help or maybe they just need to work quicker. The next day they immediately kicked us out at 11am check-out time. Perhaps they needed the full 6 hours to clean our room. Security was sent to our room and stood by the door to make sure we packed quickly and left motel property by 11:05 or risk the possibilty of arrest. Also, there was no place to hang our clothes so we had to throw our clothes on the floor. Not a single chair or table in the room. Sad. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO MOTEL 6, you shouldn

By far the best Motel 6 in Las Vegas. Fatima has an amazing customer service. She definitely deserves a huge raise or bonus. From when I came in she greeted me with a smile and even asked how my day was going. I mean she definitely exceeded her expectations.

Awesome location. Close to Fremont Street Experience, Downtown Container Park, Btc Transit Center and Las Vegas Blvd. The staff is great. Fatima was awesome from start to finish. I really appreciate my time spent here. And the motel is brand new too.

Loved it here ! Highly recommend so close to everything. Fatima is a great front desk lady! She was a great help and has great customer service.
