Motel 6 Las Vegas, NV - Boulder Hwy

There’s always something wrong in these type hotels. The a/c unit stayed stuck on so we had to unplug it to get comfortable. It was 60 degrees!!!

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Nasty room. Serious unprofessional behavior from staff. I have been trying for a WEEK to get ahold of a supervisor. Customer service line only "offered" a $16 refund. I got the email to prove it. Walked into that room with my 4 year old and my sister. Disgusting!!!! And I am not new to motel 6. My daughter picked up a used dental flosser pik that was laying in the middle of the floor. Room didn't even have a towel or a soap bar. I have pictures to show how nasty it was. Appeared that staff were partying with guests. Children running around car in parking lot. Dogs off leashes. I left after like 20 minutes. Had to go to another place. Strangely though, it was $10 cheaper and super clean. Pretty sure me and my daughter caught a virus from just being in the room. I

Very friendly customer service makes this motel a great budget spot. Since the last time I visited this place has been cleaned up a lot. The associates here have worked very hard to make this a safer place to stay. Very budget friendly as well.

Positive: For the price, it was wonderfully clean! Negative: We were very tired, so we were fine but the tv audio didn’t align with the video. Odd.

They ran out of soap. Seriously. How does a hotel chain run out of soap? I get to my room and find, one towel, no soap, no ice bucket, no plastic cups, and the main bathroom light doesn't work. I call the front desk. No answer. I go to the front desk to get towels, cups, and an ice bucket. I'm told they have no soap and no ice buckets. They said they'll send maintenance to change the lightbulb. Maintenance didn't come. I go to the front desk and I'm told they sent maintenance to the wrong room. They could have called me but nope. They just ignored me until I came to the office. Summary: Housekeeping is horrible. They forget everything and they don't tell maintenance when bulbs are out. And the person in charge of supplies needs to be fired for letting a chain motel run out of soap and ic
