Motel 6 Lancaster, TX - DeSoto - Lancaster

Me and my family went here as a family stay for two weeks (we were waiting on our apartment) . I liked the room and also the service only thing I didn't like inside the room was the restroom, the bathroom floor is nasty but not at the same time so make sure to ask for extra towels especially if you coming with your family so all of you won't use the same time when getting out the shower ! Also another thing anyone wouldn't like is the people over der me and my mom was sleep when a guy bangs on evb door nd which that did wake me up , I walked towards the door and overheard my hotel neighbor open the door nd ask "what you want nd who is that?" As I'm walking up to the door, I heard a guy say "move around " and slammed the door so as I sit down about 2 minutes later he starts tapping at our d

Positive: Close to work Negative: It smelled horribly of weed and bleach. Other guests were loud, rude, and obviously had a bunch of dogs. Tried taking ashower, but the tub had some weird residue on it, it made my feet super itchy. I checked out shortly after. I was not getting any sleep

Its a decent hotel with decent rooms Pet friendly. Decent nightly and perhaps weekly rates Staff is friendly and helpful if a bit hard to understand (She really needs to speak up that 2 inch lexan). I gave one star for location because Texas.

Very good stay! I would definitely recommend it to other people. Comfy bed and air conditioning. Television, microwave and refrigerator. I did see a couple of cockroaches but it was no big deal. Recommended just to sleep.

I honestly didn't expect the place to be so tidy compared to other places. No one comes knocking on your door in the middle of the night offering services... or worse, no conflicts with other guests. The place isn't fancy, but it is clean. They clean every other day, but they take out the trash daily. You don't see many families staying here, just the occasional one; most of us are out-of-town workers. The staff is very friendly and easy to get along with.
