Great Western Inn Lancaster, TX - DeSoto

BED BUGS! I woke up with bites all over my neck, back and arms. This place needs to be demolished A.S.A.P! I stayed one night! One night is all it takes for you to be the next meal. DO NOT RISK IT! DANGER! DANGER! DANGER! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! THEY HAVE BEG BUGS! THANK GOD I DIDNT BRING ANYTHING IN THE ROOM OTHER THAN ME AND THE CLOTHS I HAD ON WHICH I THREW AWAY.

We got stuck in Dallas during the winter storm and decided to stay here. Jason at the front desk was amazing and very helpful during check in even though it was late, he explained what we needed to check in and made us feel very comfortable. The location was super convenient and easy to get to. The beds were the perfect size, clean, and one of the comfiest I’ve been on. We were going to drive out Friday morning but for the great price and how awesome the room was we decided to stay another night.

I'm loving the recent upgrades and improvements at the hotel! Under the new management, the staff has been exceptionally professional. Since the last time I was here they seem to have upgraded their channel line up and now have hundreds of channels. The Tv looks nice and microwave and fridge look clean. Best of all, the prices remain affordable for travelers on a budget.

This Motel is a great price and rooms are clean and comfy. The staff and housekeeping does a great job of keeping the rooms clean and parking lot trash free..But the best part new upgrades and Bug free! Would recommend to friends and family!

The people running this motel are very friendly and the upgrades are a big improvement. The rooms are clean and comfy.They keep the parking area clean and the best part there are NO BUGS in the rooms! And the price of the rooms are great! If you want a clean and goodnight sleep this is a great motel!
