Motel 6 Idabel, OK

This Motel 6 is one of the nicest ones. My boyfriend and I moved here from Dallas and are staying while we find an apartment. Owners and great, Jazz at the front desk is great! Rooms very clean, comfortable beds, hot water, coffee in the mornings. It's very quiet here only a few people staying weekly and it definitely doesn't feel like it bc you never hear any neighbors. We would definitely stay again.

Please be aware that this hotel is infested with ants I walked into my room and found a dead mouse in my uncovered electrical socket. The mail hotel manager likes to hit on the younger more attractive solo females when his wife is away. They will distort the truth well the lady female seems to only engage with the male customers. My room was small rarely got any service for room sanitation. I will give them points for being able to rekey the room key so quickly and we're being I will give them a $10 on customer service of that because that is my biggest obstacle is remembering that damn room key.

I will say the room was clean but the bed was hard and the staff was nice. They can't control the people ender volume. All night door slamming people talking in the hallway right in front of my door. There was a reefer truck parked right outside our window and it was constantly running. In the end if your looking for something to get out of the weather and get a quick shower and nap this will work.

We've stayed here multiple times in the last 6 months and our rooms have always been super clean. The beds are comfortable. Location is good. It is right off the main highway but once inside the room you cant hardly hear the traffic at all.

My family and I had to come up to Oklahoma for a funeral. When we stayed there, yes the room was clean. But the interior paint & drywall of the bathroom was shotty at best. And the room we had on the ground floor had an adjoinin door to split between 2 rooms & the other hotel stayers in the opposite room didn't care if anyone was on the other side of said door. They were repeatedly loud & BTW adjoinin rooms are supposed to have 2 separate doors not 1 and thats exactly what this place has. Hotel counter server was nice. Honestly this place needs to be brought up to better code!
