Motel 6 Harvey, IL

There’s the old lady that works overnight. She’s always mean every time I cook and then also I did not feel safe because people were smoking in the hallways and also making loud noises on their phone and knocking on my room door. This is not how a hotel should have guest that’s coming from out of town dealing with I asked for a refund and basically they told me no so with that being said I contacted my bank and they’re gonna put in a dispute because no one wants to stay like that and paying over 200 and some dollars to stay there

Traveling for medical evaluation for advanced kidney disease, this motel was the perfect way station for us. Clean, safe, quiet and accommodating Sandy and the entire Front Desk team as well as the housekeeping staff and reservation call center. Our new spot bridging home along our journey. Thank you Motel 6 Harvey!

Stayed at this motel for a while, nice motel but it's run by some horrible people. The housekeeping is not pleasant when you ask for towels & tissue paper. The lady at the front desk is so rude, she accused my family of leaving the room a mess & we make sure we clean up when we checkout. That led us to not be welcomed back again. I would not recommend this motel to anyone, the customer service is horrible coming from this lady at the front check-in. When you got an issue, they blow it off & look at you like you're crazy. The television doesn't get all the channels, the bathroom door was jammed & they didn't send anyone to fix it. Just a terrible experience, not coming back to this motel anymore. Just find a better hotel people because this is not one of them

I stayed for the weekend and it was cool. The front desk was always accommodating and the housing keeping was always ready for what I need. For the size and the location the service is great. My dog was cool be there with other animals. The normal residents where very welcoming and the locations is perfect for a casino cool down and perfect for staying off the express way to down town Chicago at reasonable price. Thanks for the comfy stay for me and my family.
