Motel 6 Fort Worth - Burleson

This place has a different GPS address through priceline. Don't like location but I needed something fast and cheap for a few hours.... $55 for the night!!! BUT, our room electric outlets did not work to charge our phones 😐.... So nice dude upfront changed my room, AND this one didn't have a fridge for my stuff..... I'm guessing it's a 50/50 chance..... tho not terrible for 5hrs of sleep.

I am a nurse in town working night shift, and booked several nights, starting Friday night so that I can sleep on Saturday morning, before returning to work Saturday night. When I arrived Saturday morning, I was told that I was a "no show" the night before, so my reservation was canceled. I received no such notification. I tried explaining that I work nights, and am just now getting off work and going to bed, but I was met with a blank stare and few blinks. The website explicitly stated check in was "anytime". So I was left stranded with nowhere to sleep but my car, as no local hotel could accommodate a new reservation with immediate 730am check in. I was not refunded or offered any recourse.

We have been staying 6 days. The only problem with my room is that the tv is messed up. Can’t watch anything on the tv. I asked several times if I could get it fixed and nothing has happened. Called the front desk and the guy said that maybe the wire is loose. I don’t know how to fix it! I am not the cable person!!

The rooms as fantastically clean the staff are very kind and helpful. Never stayed at a motel 6 this nice and I would stay again

Customer service was extremely great. However.. bed bugs presence caused me to 100% freak out and check out early.
