Motel 6 Dublin, GA

A STAY FROM HELL!!!!! I purchased the room early morning Saturday; once in the room I realized the tv had no remote. I called the service desk and advised; he then Said he would come shortly. Once the guy came to the room he had a remote on hand that did not work and or resolve the issue. So, the television was unavailable! That’s one thing. Then I noticed the toilet seat was unstable; it would turn and slide around the stool. Moving forward, once I proceeded to drift off into a sleep, at about ten to fifteen minutes after I felt something crawling on me in the bed!!!!!! I was livid😡. This is probably about no more than fourth-five minutes of me being in the room physically. I then went back down stairs to speak with the front desk clerk on shift at the time. He proceeded to tell me that

This hotel ain't it. Me and my family members had to find a different room multiple times before finding a decent one. The tv is a fossil and has no hdmi port. Infestation is BAD. The workers are foreigners and a hard time understanding me.

BED BUGS!!!TVs not working, No wifi, Pest Control was here so bug spray all over the floor, the toilet rocks, was supposed to have a King bed, but settled 2 queens...which that i can live with due to circumstances. Stayed here because our town and surrounding towns have no power and I have a baby. The air is cool, the shower is hot, and it was available...that's it

We rented room 123. The room looked clean however there was a roach on the bed when we walked in the door. So we slept in the other bed. While getting ready for bed there were several more roaches on the night stand. When we woke up the next morning there were roaches all in the bathroom. When my husband picked up his shoes about 10 roaches came crawling out! When we went to the front desk and showed them the videos they told us that the room was not to be rented out because they knew it was full of bugs!!! They were saying that the night clerk that rented the room knew the room wasn’t to be booked!! They assures us our credit card would be refunded. So far it has not. Will never stay at Motel 6 again.

Omg. Last min room decision.. horrible.. the room had roaches everywhere, fleas, smelled bad, the sheets were dirty, the shower leaked, I couldn’t get a key for the room until the next day, and the tv didn’t work. I was afraid to sleep. Felt like something was crawling on me all night. I was disgusted. I was told there was no more rooms and the hotel knew there was roaches. I was able to get another room the next day.. Over night Staff was kind.
