Hampton Inn & Suites Dublin

I have stayed here before and it was good, BUT, it has gotten even better. The grounds around the hotel are immaculate; someone it taking the time to keep the outside of the facility looking inviting. The rooms are much cleaner than before as well; it's as if everything was brand new. But, it's not brand new, folks just took the time to keep things looking clean and sharp. I don't know if there's new management or a new crew, but kudos to them for a job well done with the facilities. The only recommendations I would make for them are: offer less processed foods for breakfast and more natural foods (less processed, enriched foods and more whole grains for starters). The rooms are not as clean as everyone in the reviews are saying. Found cockroaches in the bathroom, one climbing the wall by the door. The closet is nasty with some nasty liquid on the ground… the front desk lady, I think her name was Melissa. She was great, she took of us & put us in another room. Very nice and caring.

We were traveling to the area for an overnight stay. Hotel was clean, Keisha at the front desk was super sweet and accommodating. Hotel had a few restaurants within walking distance which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was decent, I would say selection was nice but needed refilling and things weren't very hot.

Staff was great but terrible experience. Construction going on above room everyday starting at 7am. Over priced. $180 a night is insane. Getting random texts from the hotel at 12am asking me how my stay was going?! Walls are thin and you can hear people next door talking. Don't expect privacy or quite.

Some things in the bathroom were a little worn.  The room was clean and comfortable.  We were disappointed with offerings for breakfast.  There wasn’t much of a variety of foods.  The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
