Motel 6 Catonsville, MD – Baltimore West

I had an excellent stay at Motel 6 Catonsville MD Baltimore West. Sam and the entire team made the experience outstanding. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay during my business trip. The location is convenient with easy access to Baltimore and plenty of parking. The service here truly stands out and I really appreciate how well they take care of guests. Thank you to Sam and the team for the great hospitality. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Motel 6 to anyone visiting the area.

Positive: That it was close to stores Negative: The room stunk really bad and they stole my items out my room. I was so mad and disgusted I left the room and they didn’t give me my money back and I wrote a complaint on how they stole my items.

I stayed at Motel 6 Catonsville MD Baltimore West during a work trip and had a very comfortable experience. The location is convenient for getting around Baltimore and there is plenty of parking which made travel very easy.||The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed to relax and prepare for the next day. The Wi-Fi worked well for emails and Zoom calls which was very important for me.||This is a great option for business travelers looking for a simple, reliable, and affordable stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my future visits.

Room is spacious, but my room and hallway infested with fruit flies. Some staff were rude about me asking for room turnover/tidying and said I must find house keeping myself. Cassandra at the front desk was exceptionally hospitable, courteous, and helped us greatly during our stay.

Lokesh at motel 6 is a criminal!!! and I hope he sees his day in court!!!!!! My card was charged 3 times for a motel room. For ONE night!!! $64, $74, and $74 again! When I called to confront him he nervously jumped around the questions and tried to pretend like he was giving me money. LIES!!! Will be disputing with my bank will be calling the motel 6 company will be talking to the manager of this location!!! Will be doing everything in my power to make sure this is not overlooked this is fraud this is illegal!!!!!!! This is NOT okay! Do not use card at this location!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!! And only come here if you're desperate and honestly probably not even then either!!!
