Motel 6 Bryan, TX - University Area

My experience at Motel 6 was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The first issue was the condition of the rooms. They smelled strongly of smoke, which made the stay uncomfortable. But the bigger problem was with the staff and how my reservation was handled. I paid in advance for 7 nights, and during my 6th night, I returned to the hotel to find that all of my belongings had been removed from my room. The staff claimed I was supposed to check out that day and kept my $50 deposit, even though I had already paid for the full week and had also reserved another week in advance. My room key card was still working, which made the situation even more confusing. When I spoke to the front desk clerk, she told me my belongings were in the laundry room and said I could go back to my room. I retr

Property and room were much sketchier than appeared on website. Run down, poorly maintained, not clean. Management was dishonest, lying and then ghosting about a refund for 2nd night I did not want to stay because of above. Desk rarely answered phone, kept changing stories about a refund. Even Expedia could not contact them for resolution. Save yourself trouble and find another place.

We had a pleasant stay at this Motel 6. The staff, Hunia, truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The space was spotless and modern, and I felt completely at ease. Positive: The Manager and front desk people are helpful and cordially welcome. Rooms are specious. Cleanest and excellent maintenances, no noisy and no smelly AC, varieties of TV channels, door safety is strong, feel like home. Convenient parking lot. Negative: ""

My stay here was absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean and tidy beyond measure. On top of that the management were polite and respectful.
