Motel 6 Bloomsburg, PA

Stopped for a night at Motel 6 in Bloomsburg. Sue at the front desk was most accomodating. She had a smile on her face the minute I walked in. Made a room change because of location (my preference nothing wrong with previous room) without hesitation. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee was fresh and hot in the morning. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect and I would recommend.

Positive: The staff is very professional and also personable .... Excellent water pressure!!!! Negative: Needs updates

Around 11:30 at night soaking wet and freezing cold with no reservation, we walk in and Heather at the front desk says they sadly just sold the last room. I make a call over to another near by hotel, they're booked also. Heather comes back out and says wait I think weve got to have a room for you. She gets us the perfect room for a reasonable price. We got down the hall, key into our room, the room was spotless and cozy. We immediately cranked the heat and drew up a bath. I have stayed at many motel 6s through out my life, and there has never been one that I have felt was clean enough to take a bath in, at this motel I didn't even think twice. Slept super well and slept in, got a call asking if we were going to stay another night, at 11:30 the next morning, check out was 11. In a panic I

I was skeptical when I arrived here for work but for the price scale it's the best around. I stayed here for 3 weeks straight for work. Stayed in room 214. I can say it is outdated buts it's also very inexpensive. I don't like when people compare cheap and expensive hotels to the same standards. Obviously it's not the Ritz-Carlton but I'll explain why I give it 5 stars.|•wonderful staff! I have stayed in many hotels all over the country and this one would rank in the top 5 for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Anything I ever asked for was answered with a smile, and my room was always clean.||•cleanliness- I searched every room I ever stay in top to bottom for bugs, and absolutely no trace here. In fact I normally will find something (trash, hair, etc) but didn't find anything

On our way from Connecticut to Michigan, we needed to stop for the night. They had many rooms available. The young lady, Amanda, at the front desk was very kind and didn’t mind the fact I had to interrupt her a few times for towels and shampoo. The room was comfortable, clean and the shower was so relaxing after 6 hours on the road. The fact they are pet friendly was the selling point for us. No additional fee required! My only complaint is that there are no bars in the shower to aid disabled or elderly. Amanda, thank you for being so kind and helpful!
