Motel 6 Biloxi, MS - Ocean Springs

Mold in the ac. Flooring came up in multiple areas causing me to fall and hit my head . First time I fell and caught myself , wasn't injured. Second time I was injured . My son, who is a Marine, has been staying there for 2 months and his ac is covered in mold . Mold was on the ceiling in his shower and they just painted over it . They ask for a cash deposit for any damages that occurr, but but yet their rooms are already damaged. Not to mention, my bath towels were dirty looking, brown stains all over . Only have one measley lock on the door, no deadbolt or latch. Outside looks nice but they need to do better on the inside .

Was gonna book a room. The man named Michael who answered the phone refused to even try to answer a question. Instead he cut my wife off said “Oh my god I don’t know” and hung up do yourself a favor and stay at any other hotel then this one. Perfect location but staff rude before even booking. Glad I saved myself the trouble and money. And Mr Michael shouldn’t work in any customer service.

My Family and I had a great stay here. The Staff was very Friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, with new updates. They are improving the hotel and are very accommodating to your needs as well. Hot waffles and coffee for breakfast were amazing 😃

I’ve been here multiple times. I bring my dog which is an huge plus and we never have any issues. Ironically enough the beds are SUPER comfortable. It’s not perfect but it’s nowhere near where some of these reviews say it is. Our rooms we’ve stayed in have always been clean, the people working were always nice, and the prices were always cheap. I’ve stayed here at least 8/9 times and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Got in. Room smells like cat piss. Change room. New room full of coach roaches. They said they would give full refund. But did even refund half . The managaer is a lier. Look for YouTube video. Roaches at motel 6
