Motel 6 Bellingham, WA

I must’ve stayed here for a total of seven different weeks. The staff were very helpful and friendly. No complaints whatsoever about them. The rooms were definitely budget friendly but not that bad. I’ve stayed in worser 6 motels. The beds were all soft except one room. Everything was clean for what it is. My only complaint is turn up the water pressure and the hot water. Nobody likes a cold shower with low pressure. Unfortunate if you’re a light sleeper; this place sits right on top of i5 and I get some may get upset over that due to the noise. It wasn’t a problem for me though. WiFi worked great! Vending machines down in the lobby with great choices! Overall I was pretty happy with my time here and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed 3/8/26 and was stolen from. Was in a rush to get out and somehow forgot to pack up my boots, my mistake. We called within 5 hours of leaving and my boots apparently never existed. They were worn to the motel last night! Never got packed into my car this morning, but when we called the front desk and housekeeping apparently never saw them. Either they haven’t done basic due diligence and looked under the bed (even though we talked to the front desk on the phone three times) or my doc martins were blatantly stolen.

Be prepared -- it's a Motel 6, no extra amenities, not even a picture on the wall. Bed was comfortable and clean, room was spacious enough. Bathroom was not gross but not the cleanest possible. Near I-5 so bring ear plugs. Not far from bus stop. Air conditioning worked, lock seemed pretty secure. I asked about mini fridge -- apparently it's an older motel so wasn't set up for fridges and micro-waves; they were installed during pandemic but too many were stolen so not every room has. I phoned to make sure and had both, but in my fridge was a Pabst Blue Ribbon. |Don't waste your time on "free" coffee: it's just lukewarm tan water, I kid you not. I asked staff and they said it's pre-packaged. Walk up the street to McDonald's instead. Desk staff were all friendly.

horrible, dirty room grease on glass tray in microwave , broken outside lighting by stairs. my debit card was double charged for room 1 small bath towel, bedding so thin just a sheet and some thin blanket , door frame in side cracked wood split like someone had broke in
