Motel 6 Arkadelphia, AR

Last minute booking while driving thru (another hotel in town left us high and dry after 10 hours of driving) it worked out for the best. Billy was super awesome, very friendly, helpful and made us feel comfortable there. They have a big lot across the street for uhaul/trailer/semi parking, which we needed so it was very convenient. We were also traveling with 2 cats, no problem with them staying there. The hotel grounds were clean (it is a place where a lot of contract workers seem to stay, which doesn't bother me, but there are a lot of people in and out, and guys outside grilling, unwinding after work) The room was clean overall. We had an issue with the TV, Billy came down right away and fixed it. The beds aren't all that great, but worked for a quick nights stay. I don't think I

Positive: Friendly staff. Hotel employee was awesome. I stayed two nights and he accommodated me so I wouldn't have to switch rooms. Negative: Not a thing

We found a cockroach in our room, there were stains on the bedding, and all of the towels had stains on them as well. It was a little sketchy and the room smelled weird as well. The location of the hotel was great. It has a Cracker Barrel and McDonalds right next to it and the attendant at the front was nice. The appliances were nice and it would have been a good stay if it wasn’t for the bugs and stains.

Good room for the price, firm bed, tub, microfridge, small TV with few channels. Lots of highway noise, but not much from other guests. Unusually friendly, helpful front desk guy.

We booked this motel for the midsouth music festival. We are vendors traveling from out of town. My experience from start to finish was excellent because of BILLY. From booking the room, to him running out and giving me my favorite blanket I almost left behind when we checked out. He truly made the entire experience wonderful and one we won’t forget. The only downfall was the shower curtain had some mold on it. But honestly, Billy’s customer service was so over the top that it didn’t even matter to us. Thank you, Billy for making our stay memorable. If we ever come back, we’ll definitely come back here.
