Pretty nice place...I visited for a wedding...Has a nice view of the Ouachita River...There's an outdoor deck with rockers and chairs for sitting and enjoying the view. Sort of like Cracker Barrel without the checkers...The lodge itself is very nice, but it can get a little warm when the room fills up with people...The temps were in the mid to upper 90s outside when I visited, so it was pretty warm. The lodge was air-conditioned, I just don't think it was adequate to keep up with the size of the crowd present when I was there. The lodge itself has a very rustic, outdoorsy sort of feel. I liked it...There was a kitchen available as well.
It is a quiet, quaint, lovely lodge that offers all who come rest, relaxation, & restoration from our fast paced, traffic filled, time clock punching, technological, deadline making, appointment keeping, lives! You will only be disappointed if you don't make plans to stay! Thank You Cedar Lodge!!! May God continue to bless you & keep you this New Year 2023!
Wonderful venue for a wedding. I've been to several weddings here and several Ducks Unlimited events here. Was happy the deck was finished for my daughter's wedding.
This is the best place to have a wedding. Absolutely beautiful!!!
