Wolf rats everywhere they literally would crawl in the bed with my 2 year old, Maintnance is cracked out, landlord is highly rude, they never fix anything, holes throughout the whole house, cats everywhere, road is awful, people drive 70 miles per hour down the road past children. Save yourself the trouble and don’t rent here

It asked to review it so I will!! It's trash!! They don't upkeep stuff the road is horrible!!! People pass you while on that dirtroad!! I don't an wouldn't ever live here just a friend/ family that lives there!!

Landlord is very nice! I was able to put in an application and be approved on the same day! He is also working with me on paying half now and half in two weeks so the entire amount is paid. The application was easy and he replies very fast. I haven't moved in yet, but I'm excited!

I've lived here since April of 22 the roads coming in are horrible. It's quiet for the most part. The trailers should be in better repair. Easy to get into a rental if there is any available.
