Mosquito Lagoon RV Park

Went to visit a friend there. People were kind, it’s back out of the way and very quiet and beautiful. Right on the water and easy to access water with boats/kayaks etc. little private island across the water.

This was such a beautiful place for a weekend getaway. My daughters and I had such a wonderful time. Everyone is so nice.

We rented a RV slot there, the manager Shannon was unprofessional rude and snippy the hole time we stayed there, she knew we were new rv owners and when I asked her how she determined the electricity bill she kicked us out the day before Thanksgiving because she claimed we said she stold from us. I never claimed she stold from us, I asked how she determines the bill because I simply wanted n needed to understand how the system works. I do know it's not her job to explain this to me and I should've done more research but to kick us out at night the night before Thanksgiving is to be a sorry human being and its a 0 out of 10 do NOT RECOMMEND for our family! My boys and I had awesome time at MLRV. The cabin was next to the water and the view was awesome. Shannon, Alan and Aron (camp staff) made sure we were comfortable from the moment of arrival until the last day. Excited from an awesome 3 days and being a bit distracted I left my work computer in the cabin. Shannon very promptly called to notify me and made sure it was returned. Awesome place, people and we will return. We even caught fish!

My wife and I were camping with our dog over at the island's when our boat left us stranded in the Mosquito Lagoon at 2AM. I called and Shannon answered the phone. I'm so grateful she was able to provide a slip for our 21' boat to be towed to and Cabin with a beautiful view to stay the night. Thank you so much for the Excellent Service Shannon! We will definitely be coming back on a future vacation.
