Moore's Inn

My husband found this on air b and b and it was the first time we used them. We stayed in room 1 the large room with a king sized very comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but shower had excellent pressure and hot water. This room faces the road and on Saturday night traffic was loud and fast. There’s a coffee machine and small fridge in room. On the alcove outside room is microwave and toaster oven and drinks for purchase on honor system. The only negative was the extremely small tv which was hard to see. It has a nice loveseat in room but that didn’t face tv and bed too far from tv. Dave was nice and shared some history of the inn. It’s wonderful that he’s kept the character of the place. We walked to town and had breakfast sandwiches at general store. We would definitely stay again.

We had the absolute best experience at Moores Inn. I was in communication with the owner for weeks concerning my reservations and I had to cancel and postpone until the next week. He obliged no issues and no fee! We showed up and he gave us the best room in the house, the suite, and my daughter and I were absolutely delighted. Great rustic Vermont vibes. Will be back.

We rented the Inn for our friends and family to stay for our local wedding. The owner was incredibly helpful and flexible with our needs for the weekend. All rooms were clean and the porch was a favorite for sipping morning coffee and enjoying the sunsets! Beautiful place to stay and gives a very homey Vermont feel!

Came to town to paint my father’s house for the week. I put my crew up in the inn. Dave was very personable and made everything so easy and was such a life saver! My guys had a good time staying at the inn for 4 nights.

We had a lovely stay at Moore's Inn while visiting neighboring Vermont Academy. Everything we could have wanted was provided in our room or on the landing, and the hosts were so accommodating and kind. The setting is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, and the inn has clearly been lovingly cared for. Thank you for the in-room juices and real half and half to go with the coffee! We look forward to our next visit!
