Montgomery, AL

Montgomery Alabama is an unexpected gem of a city. The downtown is filled with history and heritage, both of which the town takes pride in, and rightly so. Great names like Nat King Cole, Hank Williams, Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald, Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King are everywhere. But many may not realize the Wright Brothers started their flying school here or the First White House of the Confederacy is here. We seem to find something new each time we visit. A great town to see.

Beautiful downtown, many places to visit, like Riverwalk, Rosa Park museum, the Planetarium, the Legacy Museum, Montgomery Museum of Fine Art. Many of these places are within walking distance from each other.
