Pretty comfortable trailer park. Not any crimes going on as far as your typical break inns. There's always going to be idiots that do not abide by driving safety but kid friendly area with enough property center of the lots with fielded area for recreation activities. Maintenance man (Rick) is very polite and respectful. Dedicates all his time to assisting others work/non-work related. Good management as well
It's a small mobile home park, older trailers but seemed quiet and clean
