Countryside Inn and Suites

My husband got a room here was maybe here for three hours the pull out couch had a rip in the side arm we pulled the bed out and there was a bed bug on the bed we showed the front desk and left that same night and was told we would be reimbursed to call the next day and talk to a manager . We did this and our money was never reimbursed! I plus my husband have been customers here for years and this place has went down hill. We never received our money back. We have pictures of the bed bug and a video of it and the pull out couch where it was ripped I’m assuming where they were aware of the infestation and had bombed and recipes and will be following up with the board of health as we’ve given over a month for this issue to be resolved.

Positive: The location was good! Negative: The TV in our room did not work properly and neither did the phone. It took a couple phone calls to get the TV fixed. Just to not work the second day. I did't see how the room was charged as $--- when it was not worth that to me. It was more like a $---!

I’m currently staying at this hotel and if it wasn’t so late and I wasn’t so tired id pack up and leave right now! The overall room looked clean and decent. But i was uncomfortable in the bed and i decided to get up and out of bed and sit on the couch in my suit. I turned on the light and tv and decided to watch tv……i glanced over because i caught something out of the corner of my eye moving! It was a roach…..i immediately got up and killed it and sat back down. About 30 minutes later i seen another and killed it! It’s the day after thanksgiving after midnight and i decided while awake to heat up some leftovers in my room and while i was waiting on them to heat up i seen another. I told my wife to get up and pick up her luggage and zip it all up because i’ve killed a few roaches! I even to

Front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly when we checked in. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were nice, plenty of towels. We had a great quiet stay. Breakfast was very good with fried eggs, delicious sausage and plenty of hot coffee.

I am currently in a room on the bottom floor and I have been up since 530 am mind u I get off work at 1 am I am staying here due to the snow storm for work. I have been here for 3 days now. But the amount of banging and pounding and jumping around from the room above is just ridiculous!!!!!! I let it go for 2 nights. 1st morning I just got done working 12hrs and didn't want to get up so I sleep if my ear buds in the 2nd morning I convinced myself that it was the last day for it they were just staying a few days. But now it's the 3rd day and I waiting for the roads to clear to leave. This is just soooo rude! I don't care if they live here or not have some respect!!!! They lost ALL BUSINESS from myself and company! That's for sure
