Mohican Lodge and Conference Center

We enjoyed our four-night stay at Mohican State Park Lodge. Every year in the month of February a large part of our family getaway together for sort of a mini reunion and it was exactly the getaway we needed. Upon arrival, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Our room was tidy and well cared for, and our bed was comfortable as well. The pool area was especially nice—very clean and well maintained. They did not have a hot tub, which was a little disappointing, but didn't hinder our enjoyment. We also loved the main lodge space, which offers several cozy seating areas perfect for relaxing, reading, or simply enjoying quiet conversation. Our family had a total of 6 rooms! From the start, Glenn at the front desk was kind and friendly. The rooms were all pristine and spacious! The first night, just two of us had dinner in the lounge. They had a great music act playing from 6-9. To add to it, Tasha and Carmin were absolute dolls and their service was top-notch! They also helped me with planning for a big carry out order for the next night for our whole family! A truly great team providing a wonderful, relaxing weekend for us!

We ate at the Lodge, 7 total for Valentine's Day. Atmosphere was amazing, just a beautiful lodge and location. Server was outstanding, food delicious. Was very busy due to the holiday. We definitely will go back when it's daylight to be able to look out over the lake while having dinner.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We stayed a weekend here and it was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. We were kind to the staff and tried to be understanding but they NEVER contacted me after being told for weeks that’s someone would call us back. First: they didn’t have the room we paid for because they were short staffed. We were understanding and took the downgraded room. Second: after our first night there we noticed after we slept in the sheets that there was blood and urine on the comforter. (We were too exhausted the night before to notice) Third: when I went to shower on the second day I used the shampoo provided in the pump and what came out of the pump could only be described as human body waste. The rooms were wonderful and comfortable. The food was expensive but it was delicious. There is not much around there so the restaurant was really your only choice for a meal. The pool was a decent size and also had a small sauna. No hot tub. There is also a small bar on location.
