Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel for days before my reservation, and the day before they finally replied and said they could process my refund request. I gave them my information, but they never responded to my messages again. I contacted Expedia, and days later they told me they had rejected my cancellation and refund request. I drove past the place, and it looks unpleasant from the outside.

As a first time, I expected more from this small hostel. It was not what it advertised online. Our flight got delayed and we arrived after midnight the manager had us waiting outside the property for 40 minutes as she had given our bed to someone else and my partner had to share 1 bunk bed. I tried to contact the property to ask them when checking time was as it was stated on the booking. She asked to see the booking confirmation and kept reiterating that the booking said 1 booking for 1 adult but it said 1 booking for 2 adults. There was an issue with that. There was a hole in the wall of the bathroom. I had to wait 2 to 3 hours to use the bathroom as it was the only one with a shower in the building of 20 people. The carpets were stained and torn. Every time someone used the shower,

It was a pleasant experience, but the area was inconvenient and unsafe, and the house was not clean. The receptionist told me that if I needed to check in early, I would need to pay $8. I said there was no need to check in early, so I put down my luggage and went out for a walk. Then she checked my pricing and told me that the booked price allows for early check-in without additional charges. Then I checked in and slept for a while, and when I woke up, she told me that I needed to pay an additional fee, which was really strange. I went to the ATM to withdraw cash and paid a withdrawal fee of $5. So I paid $45 for staying here for one night, which is not worth it. The other guests staying here are also very strange, and some even ask me for food. Fortunately, I only booked one night.

This place is filthy they have all kinds of people doing drugs that stay there and the guy that is supposed to be in charge of the house sleeps in the same bunk bed with someone he met there in the same room that the guests sleep in. And the girlfriend that is the maid in the house is more filthier than anybody that stays there. They have 25 men staying there with two women sharing a room with men there's no air conditioning and they don't wash the blankets they give and sheets when you get there they smell dirty..the maid/girlfriend disrespects guests on jealousy trips regarding thinking everybody wants her boyfriend when nobody would even think about it. The the caretakers of the house pretty much made it their home there nobody can watch TV because the girlfriends always on the couch w

After finishing my trip for the day and returning to the hostel, I found that my bag was gone. One of my female roommates told me she saw someone take the bag, but that person claimed it belonged to a friend and walked out with it. I reported this immediately to the manager and staff, but they simply said, “There’s nothing we can do,” and refused to take any responsibility. This did not happen outside the property, nor did I misplace my belongings. Someone illegally entered the hostel, which is protected by a door passcode, and took my backpack. This is clearly theft and a criminal act, and the hostel should take appropriate responsibility and offer compensation. However, the hostel continues to ignore the situation. I have filed a report with the U.S. police and contacted the booking pl
