We got the best quality home (New Vision Sherman 2x6 exterior walls, full tape and texture, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2016 sq ft) for the best price of anything around. More features and more space than anywhere also around for less $. However, the thing that really set this place apart from everyone was Ethan. He went WAY above and beyond in showing us this house, answering our questions, keeping us informed and just caring. Ethan is the real deal. Since purchasing the home he always answers the phone or gets back so quick to us. He has busted his tail for us to make sure we are satisfied. He stayed on top of the skirting people, the trim out guys, the manufacturer and anyone else to make sure we got everything we needed. My family just closed on our home from Mobilhoma in Kiowa. All the staff made the process easy and understandable, especially Ethan! We told them what we needed vs wanted with our budget in mind. From start to finish we felt like they were honest and upfront about everything and answered all our questions. Ethan offered information without playing 21 questions and we really appreciated that because we hadn't purchased before, so we didn't know the right questions to ask. I can't say 10/10 will buy again because it's our forever home, but 10/10 would recommend!

If you guys ever get the chance to be served by Ethan, you’re in for a treat! Seriously does anyone know more about Mobile Homes than him!?? I was a bag of nerves looking for a mobile home… Thankfully I ran into Ethan first, only to learn about the manifold options out there and he put my mind at ease not just telling me, but ‘showing’ me that the stereotypes are all wrong. (I can’t believe how good mobile homes look now!) Ethan certainly is one of the most genuine and caring characters I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. How this man doesn’t have 1,000 5 star reviews is beyond me!… A lesson for all I suppose, write reviews when people give excellent service! Ethan Vanscoy at the Kiowa Mobilehoma location is wonderful! He was kind, helpful and compassionate about the needs of others! We had a blast just being there! He’s a great salesman! My family and I also enjoyed meeting his family, all around amazing people and a wonderful experience if you’re looking for good customer service and a GREAT deal, there’s no place better!
