Genuinely don’t have a bad word to say. This is probably one of my top 10 hotel experiences ever. I wasn’t expecting much, just needed somewhere for my kiddos and I to sleep a few hours at 2 am. The man working happily gave us a room and was incredibly kind to us both when we arrived and when we left. We got a king room, and oh my lanta, that was the softest bed I’ve slept on in a long while, detergent smelt amazing. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, fairly decent quality soap, heater did it’s job super well. the heated mirror that changed colors was a cool little surprise as well. And all for $50? Can’t beat it imo.
Awesome customer service!!!!! Made the stay much better. We stayed in another hotel part of the time, and booked this one for the last week of our stay and it was a fraction of the cost, and painless to the end. Had a big smile on my face for the ride home. Thank you for caring, and treating us like we mattered.
Positive: Had A/C Negative: The staff was rude, the hotel was disgusting, no elevators and I'm handicapped and they didn't have rooms on the bottom floor. The hotel is literally falling apart, and no pool available even though it said there was.
If you really want to stay at this hotel, you’d better read these reviews carefully and prepare yourself mentally. • Room: The king bed room is very damp and has a moldy smell. The TV is about the size of a computer monitor. There’s a fridge on the desk, and when it turns on, you absolutely won’t need an alarm clock to wake you up. There are very few outlets; you can’t plug in chargers at the bedside without sacrificing the lamp socket. The old-fashioned phone is very dirty—don’t use it. The windows cannot be opened, so the room has no ventilation. The air conditioner is installed indoors, but it’s better not to turn it on, otherwise in the unventilated room, mold circulates repeatedly and your lungs have to filter the air. • Bathroom: The exhaust fan is very noisy. The exhaust fan’s n
Clean with a comfortable bed. HOWEVER, the heater is so loud that we couldn't sleep, the walls so thin that the argument in the next room kept me awake, and the bathroom fan made my ears ring.
