Miracle Springs Resort & Spa

Welcoming loving people here. We Joined my sweet 92 year old neighbor here after celebrating her husband’s life of 90yrs near by it was a beautiful service. We shared dinner and desert at this resort and the service and hospitality was wonderful and above and beyond. We are kosher dinners and Alicia was very kind to make sure we had a dish that suits our desires and within our comfort. Everything was delicious and we were served quickly without delay. My children were happy and even given cereal wich is my baby’s favorite snack. Thank you for excellent service and all the love after the funeral. I give 5 stars

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff were generally courteous. The location and amenities also met my expectations. However, there was one serious issue that should be addressed. The water temperature in the room shower was dangerously hot—almost scalding—and it was impossible to adjust it to get sufficiently cold water. This creates a real safety concern, especially for children and older guests. I mentioned this problem to the front desk when I checked out, but the response I received was that the water supply comes from the local hot springs aquifer. Unfortunately, that explanation doesn’t address the safety issue. Regardless of the water source, the hotel should have proper temperature controls or mixing valves in place to ensur

First time at this hotel and resort and it was so fun. The pools were so clean for how many ppl use them. The grounds men were accommodating every time you requested the pools to be turned up or down. They kept it clean and always were checking the temp of the pools. With a variety of pools it made for a fun relaxing trip for a nice price and a short drive to Palm Springs! The spa service was also amazing! Definitely will be returning.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly Spent the day at the pools and spa so I can’t say anything about the rooms. First the Ugly. The decor could use some updating. It kitschy 1980s and it makes the place feel dated and not so clean. The Bad - well I can’t really say anything bad about it. But the GOOD! I’ll save the best for last— the receptionists (both in the lobby and inside the spa) were very nice and dealt with a few logistical issues we encountered. At the spa Hiram the masseuse was great. His hands must have eyes because he knew exactly how to find the knots. Afterward we had lunch at the restaurant and while the food was okay the service was FIVE ⭐️ STAR!! Maddie was our server and I would recommend and return just for the outstanding and professional customer service that she brought

Positive: I love coming to this hotel. The polls are always nice. It’s usually quiet and relaxing. Negative: The toilet in my room did not work. They brought a plunger to my room where I plunged the damn toilet they have somebody come in. He said he fixed it. He did not the next day. It was even worse so this was not a very good trip this time
