Minturn Mountain Motel

Stayed at Minturn Motel for about 2 weeks. Rooms are on small side which was not a problem since really only in the room to sleep or stop by between day trips. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was the most comfortable - more comfortable than other places we stayed traveling across country. There is a refrigerator and microwave in room. Staff was very accommodating!! Great hiking trail behind the motel up to Lion's Head and a second one that ends up at Vail. The restaurant that is attached to motel is great for breakfasts! Quick service and food was excellent. Not fancy but great for a comfy place to stay! Thanks to Ryan for hospitality and for day trip recommendations. I would stay here again when in the area!

The big sell on this place is the month to month leasing for anyone working out in the valley for a season or two. The staff here is super helpful and always respond on time. The rooms are a nice little place for yourself and are very affordable in today's world. The town of Minturn has some of the best food I've ever had. I've stayed here for over a year and enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

First place I lived moving into the valley. Horrible. I understand they maybe renovating but nothing will be able to cleanse that place of the horrible juju it comes with. The entrance stairs are a huge problem in the winter. It took down a old man and his head became a crater. They put salt on it like that was gonna fix it. Same season another chick broke her leg coming down them. The entrance has since changed but that area is still accessible. When i moved in I had to clean everything. There was still piss on the seat and sinks and dust and grime everywhere. While living there i had a horrible mold problem no matter how often i cleaned it it was back in a week. I started to get extremely sick and depressed my thoughts was because of the one window and brick wall felt like i was trapped

I don't have a light in my room. The light switch does not turn any lamp off. And we have one window ac for a 2 bed room apartment so the kitchen livinroom and dinningroom are cool. But rooms are hot and the up stairs occupant makes noise at night. Like bouncing a gulf ball. Like dropping items.

Ryan and Nick are awesome! Super helpful and responsive. The space is small, for sure, but it’s awesome to have your own space in the valley at an economical rate. It’s definitely changed a lot since these guys took over for the better. It’s quiet, everyone is friendly, they’re always working on improving the place and it shows. Parking, laundry on site, all utilities and internet included, pet friendly, tv, refrigerator, microwave, etc.
