The guy who used to own it was amazing. He helped us with renting us a unit there and was the sweetest to my 2 year old daughter. Him and his grandson are both great and I’m thankful to have met them (:

A clean motel with excellent customer service. We stayed for one night in a "double" room with 2 queens, kitchen and full bath. Had everything we needed and more. The owners were very friendly and super helpful. As stated in previous reviews, it is an older motel, but we Highly recommend it if you prefer function over modern decor. We absolutely would stay here again!

Quiet, simple, CLEAN and the owners are just lovely. If you want a high dollar hotel that has all the fancy junk you don’t need anyway- this isn’t the place. If you want to support local families, sleep on clean, soft and well loved sheets that smell like sunshine- this is the place- bed also firm but comfy. Super close to West Glacier! This is a true mom and pop place that is quaint and affordable. Thanks again for another great stay! We will be back!

We went to the Middle fork Motel not really knowing what to expect. When we arrived, we noticed it was a place nestled along Highway 2 east on the way to Glacier Park. You could look all around and see trees and some of the Rocky Mountains. If you want a big, huge fancy hotel, whitefish is the place to go, but if you want a smaller, more relaxing vacation or just day trip this is the place to be. We had always promised our ourselves we would take our kids on a trip to Glacier, so we were trying to find something relaxing that would fit us all. ||||The owners were great! Very friendly, and tried to accommodate us with even our simplest requests or questions. Don't believe the bad review the person wrote below. I was a bit insulted that someone would write ignorant things about the nice peop

My fiance and I stayed here on July 27, 2020 and we're thoroughly disgusted. The room looked as if it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in decades (this is not an exaggeration) and smelled overwhelmingly of mildew. The scent was likely a combination of very old furniture and a stained up carpet that needed to be replaced 25 years ago. Dirt was everywhere, even on the box springs. The place was relatively cheap at $85 a night, but I've stayed in far better for less money. The two owners are very nice people and I feel bad for leaving a negative review, but feel it's necessary. We planned a two-night stay but asked for a refund after night one, which we received. There's also no WiFi. With plenty of affordable motels/hotels in the area, I suggest looking elsewhere.
