Goose Head Campground

This is a beautiful location right on the reservoir. The views here are epic. It is a lovely location and very accessible even with a low profile car. I cannot say enough how stunning The views are.

Pretty nice for a free site. We had to drive into a little trail in the bush, but we ended up with a huge private campsite, the picture from my paddleboard is the whole spot we had. Probably one of my favorite camping spots so far. Only good for tenters, the trail is tight and a bit rough to get into compared to the other sites, but still doable for a car if it's not super low.

Amazing gem - we were sad to only spend one night there, but it was a beautiful experience. One of our best campsites ever.

One of my very favorite free camping spot ive ever found. I showed up mid week in September and there where plenty of prime spot available, but a small climb of a hill with my pickup and rooftop tent secured me one ofvthe very best views I could hope for. My only complaint was there seams to be a small local presence of long-term stayers. The drive in was easy. Gravel road but relatively smooth.

So pretty. Water was awesome and my grandson caught ALOTTA fish 🐟
