This place is insane. The good news is the rooms are clean. But, the walls are paper thin and every sound from the parking lot will be like you're outside next to the car that just started. The A/C heater sounds like a blender running all night. There are so many lights from devices in the room, bring an eye mask with your ear plugs. Then there is the staff. I don't know who hurt these people or what working conditions they're suffering from, but I've never experience people that clearly hate the guests. While waiting for our room to check in (it's strictly 3:00), I pulled out a shawl for my partner to cover hear head for prayers and the desk staff starting yelling at us saying we couldn't unpack here. I was charged a $170 cancellation penalty after canceling within an hour of booking. I never checked in or used the service. I’m disputing this as services not rendered and an unreasonable penalty. I spoke to Annelie and a general manager who refuses to give their name.

Very clean and smells new. The room was comfortable and quiet. We all got a great nights sleep. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Fridge and microwave in room. Pillows were firm. Surprise window seat to sit and enjoy the mountain view’s. Close to Pikes Peak. 10/10 would stay here again.

This hotel was very clean and everything was in working condition. The grand children were able to use the pool at a nearby hotel. The staff were friendly. Breakfast usual - hotel food. Easy to park. The printer/computer wasn't working so I could not get a print out of the bill, which should have been zero, but the price was in the $400.00. The staff told me that price was incorrect and to watch my credit card bill to make sure I don't get charged. I hope I remember to check the credit cad bill.
